For someone who is HTML-challenged, this software provides a user-friendly way to build a professional-looking website. Easily.
But better yet, it's designed by people who understand what makes for a website that attracts traffic. It's software that allows you to easily add content and articles. You can even schedule their publication!
It also will assess your website for SEO and provide you with a report for how best to improve your site.
But this is just the surface, the software has everything you need to set up and manage affiliate accounts, shopping carts, autoresponder optin boxes and so much more. Each time I come up with something new I want to do with my website, I find the tool to do it with. It has everything I need to grow and change my website as my business grows and changes.
Plus, they provide you with solid support as well as webinars and tutorials to help you get the most out of the software.
And for someone who is constantly fussing and changing my website, I love that I can do this work myself without bothering to learn HTML or bother (and pay for) a designer.
And when you consider how much it can cost to hire someone to do this work - or the time to learn HTML, the price - $197 - can't be beat either.

My web host, 1&1 (Where patience with the untechy knows no bounds).I don't like Go Daddy's approach to advertising so I was extremely happy to find competitive pricing . . . and excellent service with 1&1. I have called their tech support on numerous occasions and they have patiently walked this very un-tech-savvy writer through different procedures.

My Email Service, Autoweber.com, keeps me out of the world of spam and in my lists' mailboxes with goodwill to boot.If you're sending out emails to a list, you need to use a double-opt-in services. These days, it's really the only way to insure that you don't get blocked as spam. Plus, aweber makes it really easy to design a newsletter or email missive, put it together, send it out, and - best of all - track it.
I'm always checking out my click through breakdowns, etc.
And at $19/month, the price isn't bad either (cheaper for multiple months).
